ROI Properties:

We have been investing strategically in Real Estate since 2003. Our portfolio of properties acquired and sold over the past 10 years has exceeded over $30 million. Our properties and investments have covered a wide range of various types from; Residential, Office/Industrial, Multi Family, Apartment Complexes, Vacant Land, Land Subdivision, CPR (Hawaii), Assignment of Contracts, trust deeds, loan modifications, short sales, pre-foreclosures and loan acquisitions. ROI Sports: Sold 2014
Kidz Kruizers, is first product of ROI Sports. Starting as a concept in 2011, Kidz Kruizer was started from the ground up. An initial test launch was completed in Orem, Utah which proved to be a success. Internet sales grew during the holiday season as well. We are making a larger and committed investment into this company for 2013; the investment will expand inventory, concentrate on Web presence and SEO, and provide more color options for the consumer. Kidz Kruizer is a balance bike for toddlers. Not only an alternative to teaching kids how to ride a bike, but more importantly it helps and the development and growth of toddlers. Balance, control, gross motor skills and hand eye coordination are essential in the development of children. Learning and gaining large improvements in these areas at a younger age only help to further our children’s growth.
ROI Printing: Sold 2018
Started in 1995 as a small printing company. Acquired by ROI Companies in May 2007. Currently ROI Printing has evolved into one of the largest large format printing companies in Hawaii. There are 4 main divisions of ROI Printing:
Carwrapshawaii.com, Cheapsignshawaii.com, Cheapbannershawaii.com, Digitalphotoprintinghawaii.com. Our Carwrapshawaii division boast the highest number of car wraps performed in Hawaii every year. Our growth and experience in this area has grown immensely due to the current leadership in the company. In 2008 we did only 20 car wraps. In 2012 Car Wraps Hawaii performed over to 350 wraps. To date we have performed over 1000 wraps; buses, boats, tankers, airplanes, jets, buildings and of course your average car. We are the largest wrap company in Hawaii. On the other end of our printing, Digital Photo Printing Hawaii boast the largest, in size, Photo Lab and development in Hawaii. Producing stunning actual Fuji film photos at 6x10ft. This division focus on producing high end art and photography. At the end of 2013 ROI Printing installed the largest printer in the Hawaiian Islands with a continuous width of over 10ft width of printing area. ROI Printing will be celebrating its 20th Year Anniversary in 2014, in which it has provided Hawaii with over $15 Million worth of Art, printing and signage.
